Release of Lion Dance Troupe Collection!
I made this little set back in 2020 actually and I never got down to penning into a pattern and releasing but since Chinese New Year is on its way… I have decided to package it up properly and release it! It is made up of 2 boys, 1 lion, 30 pages and 140 images to help you make this set!
This set is extremely meaningful for me and my family, here are some behind the scenes about it here. My surname is inside there as well :). I will be releasing a little short stop motion animation clip for these little guys soon too, this time it’s just a simple one, I was testing out some new equipment to hold my phone while recording.
Note: This is for the PDF PATTERN to make the amigurumi, NOT the finished product.
Included
- 3 PDF patterns, total 30 pages
- For 2 boys and a Lion Dance costume
- Final figures measuring about 8cm tall (3 inches) using sport yarn (weight 2) and crochet hook size 2.0mm. They can be made bigger with bulkier yarn and bigger hook.
Crochet skill level
- Intermediate to advanced
- Some basic crochet skills are needed, such as the following: single crochet, slip stitch, half double crochet, double crochet, invisible decrease, changing colours.
Crochet equipment
- Sport size yarn (weight 2)
- Crochet hook size 2.0mm
- Others - darning needles, stitch markers, glass eyes
